My half of a trade with :iconphloxebutt: of his and :iconroiyalty:'s characters!
Oh man, these two were a great challenge. It was really fun to play with a teddy-like pattern and I think what I came up with is pretty versatile and could be used for a wide variety of characters. I really enjoyed planning out all the machine applique (they both have some but Roi has a ton) so that I could have the precision of embroidery, but also the softness of the minky.

Sitting, they're both around 15" to the top of their heads, so they're not small! Phloxe and Roi are made out of minky with faux fur accents and machine embroidered/machine applique details. They have magnets in one hand each (right for Roi, left for Phloxe) so they can kinda hold hands (like in the top left), and they have magnets in their mouths so they can smooch too, haha. :'D

Your plushies are seriously amazing! I think these two are my favourite of yours so far! The details are phenomenal!
A quick question though (if you don't mind!)- I've just started making plushies myself XD
Are the ears made separately then hand-sewn on later? Just curious because the first pattern I worked with as a practice had the ears sewn on into the head but it kind of gave it a flat, awkward look? Whereas your ears look more realistic and more cohesive with the overall plushie!
